Arval UK Ltd, part of the BNP Paribas Group, were looking for a communications channel that would reach and engage their large and dispersed customer service team.

 

We are hugely proud of the resulting 'CX Live' podcast series which has been embraced by the Arval workforce and has seen a demonstrable increase in engagement compared to previous communications channels.

 

So far, the series has been able to shine a light on the importance of empowerment and empathy in good customer experience as well as highlighting the pillars of Arval's unique customer service training. Here are some highlights.
